Interdisciplinary product development is one of the group’s core competences. Its Technology Centre in Ahrensburg, fitted with the latest equipment, was opened in 2003.

The special combination of our know-how in the fields of enzyme technology, hydrocolloids and emulsifiers with our expertise in baking improvers enables us to develop individual baking ingredients, baking improvers, baking premixes and baking concentrates.
